After working 18 years in the mental health and medical social work industry, Svatek became disillusioned with the bandaid approaches that, after 14 years in one agency, rendered the same clients who were there on her first day of work, still needing help 14 years later. Each person who entered the mental health system seemed to be thrown into a labyrinth of treatments that, at the very least, took years of their life, and many were doomed to a depressive life of medication and the side effects they created.

Svatek began taking a mind-body-spirit approach about six years into her career after discovering that most of the clients had very poor diet and nutrition habits, thus having no foundation to even begin the healing process. This was partly due to the diets they were given in various hospital and facility settings. She began working with nutrition first and saw results in her client’s ability to manage stress.

Later she studied the spirit connection as well as the flow of energy and how bleeds in one life area can manifest as chaos in another. Thus began her journey as Counselor-turned-Hypnotherapist and Holistic Wellness Coach in which she uses a model of therapy (The Energy Model of Therapeutic Change - EMTC) that she developed and used on her clients and saw drastic results and often full emotional and physical healing.

Svatek is excited to be co-hosting various health and wellness retreats along the Gulf Coast to help people activate their own intuitive and healing gifts, and to show how the flow of energy in and out of their energy core areas can lead them to a state of wellbeing nearly effortlessly.

Amber Rose MacLaird
     Board Certified Massage Therapist
     Medical Massage Therapist

     Medical Intuitive

     Life Coach

     Spiritual Healer

     Holistic Hypnotherapist

Amber Rose currently has her own practice in Fairhope, Alabama specializing in massage, structural-integrative therapies for body alignment, and various types of holistic approaches to healing. She has been practicing massage therapy since 2011.

For Amber Rose, this has been a lifestyle since childhood. Her mother, a CMT for over thirty years, was searching for her own emotional and physical healing and she brought Amber along to many holistic retreats in the mountains of Arizona with the local Hopi and Zuni tribes. During this time, they studied various treatment modalities. “Growing up with a mother who was aware that there were many paths to healing, taught me to think outside the allopathic / western medicine box to seek my own solutions to wellness and wellbeing. This enabled me to live my life as a solution-oriented person, developing a wholistic diagnostic thought process, rather than being dependent on others for answers.” MacLaird says.

For as long as she can remember, Amber Rose was very tuned in to others, able to sense, see and feel the emotions, pain and illness of others. As a developed medical intuitive, she can now see where her clients carry pain and illness in their bodies.  “I see this as something natural, a God-given ability that we all can utilize if we know how to tune into it.” Amber Rose says.

In spite of her keen spiritual insight as a child, Amber Rose was not immune to her own health challenges, starting with a brain injury from a car accident in 2001, at age seventeen, that left her in brain-fog for decades. “After the initial three weeks of being in an acute comatose state, I was conscious, yet blindly moving through daily life.

“As long as I stay on my path, I feel great in my body, mind and soul!”  She adds. “Since everyone’s journey unique, it is essential to offer a wide variety of modalities.” she shared. Being confident in the gifts of discernment, healing and intuition allows her the clarity she brings forth into her practice.

    Wellness Retreat Coordinator

Alexandria (Lexie) became passionate about creating healthy, gourmet recipes after overcoming a thyroid imbalance that created intermittent dyslexia. After she and her father discovered that the episodes of dyslexia were directly connected to certain foods, she realized that she actually had the power to minimize or stop the episodes.

This started her reading labels in the grocery stores at ten years old and becoming conscious of the mind-body connection that we all have with food. Because of the strange presentation of how dyslexia showed itself (intermittent), her teachers were baffled as this did not line up with what they typically saw with this issue. It seemed the medical community was not sure how to help her either.

Of her own accord from what she learned from her dad’s work as a wellness coach, Alexandria began tracking both her symptoms and the food she ate. “Soon it became evident that certain foods were kicking in my dyslexia.” Clay says. “Anything with dyes, red dye #40, blue dye, yellow dyes, or any type of food coloring. Also, artificial sweeteners, and the typical chemicals that are so prevalent in processed foods.” She added.

Lexie's journey of solving her own health issues fueled her passion for sharing delicious and healthy recipes and honing her skills as a healthy, gourmet, food coach and chef.

Energy Medicine Specialist and Medical Intuitive

Founder of The National Indoor Quality Institute 1998

My passion to help people heal from environmental illnesses started over thirty years ago. My wife and I just had our first baby, a boy, when we moved into, and began renovating a historic, one-hundred-seventy-five-year-old farmhouse. The home had a lot of charm but needed extensive work. We’d heard stories of old houses quickly turning into money pits.

Our renovation project did indeed become a money pit while triggering some life-changing problems. Midway through the project, we began to experience serious health issues, which meant our biggest expenditures were related to illnesses born of a toxic house.

With the three of us chronically sick, each of us suffering from different symptoms, doctors were clueless as to the causes. This led to three years of specialists and doctor-hopping to find answers and effective treatment. Even worse, we lost our health insurance due to the chronic illness. Soon it became evident that our only hope was to become our own health detective. This is when things began to turn around for us. We were finally on the right track!

The more I researched, the clearer it became that our wonderful old house had hidden toxic mold that we disturbed while renovating and living in it. The mold poison had chronically stressed our bodies from the inside out. The reality was, our home was poisoning us and traditional doctors had no idea how to help; and they certainly knew nothing about mold remediation in homes.

Waking up to this took me down the rabbit hole even further. How common was this and why was mold growing in places it didn’t use to grow? I wondered. My discovery revealed that a new generation of mold species was mutating and becoming more toxic and allergenic. In other words, molds are feeding on all the toxins in our environment and becoming more toxic and aggressive in the process.

In my quest to understand what was making us sick, I came to realize that our modern, fast-paced world is full of both stressors and toxins that our nervous and immune systems are just not prepared to deal with. Compounding the problem is that everyone’s body responds with different symptoms making it very hard for doctors to find accurate diagnoses. Making matters worse is the fact that conventional medicine doesn’t have a pill that can solve the detox issues.

Once this all came to light I realized I had to venture into the world of holistic and alternative treatment options. Since that time, I have found so many resources available to help those suffering from stress related burnout, toxic overload, fatigue, thyroid dysfunction, and the entire pathway of illnesses triggered by our fast-paced, over-connected, and toxic world.

The more I researched, the more people with information and resources showed up in my life, and I have since worked collaboratively with holistic focused medical doctors, wellness coaches, and alternative health practitioners to empower people to regain their health.

The most empowering lesson throughout my journey is recognizing that we all have a natural gift of healing ourselves. We just need to learn how to activate it and practice it! We also all have the gift of intuition and when you combine these two gifts you can dramatically improve your own health and the wellness of those closest to you!

I also learned that modern families can not rely solely on our conventional healthcare system to take care of them. Not only does it make financial sense, but being proactive and taking responsibility for our own health enables us to prevent most illnesses in the first place. This has fueled my passion, along with my daughter Alexandra, to team up with other wellness practitioners to offer holistic focused Wellness Retreats along the Gulf Coast so YOU can enjoy a variety of holistic treatment solutions while learning to activate their own natural gifts of healing and intuition.

Bottom Line: I’ve learned how to ReCharge, ReGroup and ReLaunch my family’s Wellness Journey and now I’m on a mission to share what I’ve learned through Retreats, coaching Programs and online courses!
